Shae Eichele is a marketing coordinator as well as a business development specialist, and is third generation at The HEH Group. Her main focus is finding leads for the sales team, social media, digital graphics, event planning, and video production. Outside of The HEH Group, Shae runs an awesome podcast called “Manufacturing Muscle,” where she interviews people in the manufacturing industry about their journey to success in hopes to encourage others to consider STEM and manufacturing career.
