Kate Pellett is a manufacturing engineer working at Classic Molding. She has been in the plastics industry since 2013, when she first entered college. Her ultimate goal is to start her own plastics company. During the show, we discussed the importance of women in manufacturing, where experience comes from, the importance of conferences and so much more.
