The Manufacturing Alliance Podcast presents Matt Guse, Owner, and President
of M.R.S. Machining Co.
M.R.S. Machining Co. started in Matt's father's garage in 1986, and
Matt followed in his father's footsteps, joining the manufacturing
industry over 30 years ago.
Since then, Matt has served on the Chippewa Valley Technical
College Machine Tool Advisory board and was also was part of the
startup of Cardinal Manufacturing at the Eleva-Strum School.
He is keenly interested in developing new talent and ideas for the
manufacturing industry, creating two patents for cutting tools,
placing him in The
New York Times and on the Fox
Business Network with Liz Claman.
We will be discussing how to build a student-run manufacturing
program, women in manufacturing, company culture, and most
importantly, understanding that God ALWAYS has a plan throughout
this episode.
