She talked to us about how she fell into the industry by accident and had fallen in love with it. She explained the importance of her family and their installment of loyalty, integrity, and hard work. She learned this from her parents. Lorena strives to stay curious about making the industry better and thinks that change is good. At Progressive, they work hard to help their customers combat 'firefighting' and to show them that preventative maintenance is key.
